• A unique identifier from your authentication provider

Room Photos

When you use our staging service, we collect the photos you upload of your rooms. These images are processed by our AI system and stored to provide you with your staged room results.

Purchase History

We maintain records of your credit purchases and usage to manage your account balance and provide customer support.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the StageMyRoom service
• Process your room photos through our AI staging system
• Manage your account and credit balance
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Send important service-related communications

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our app:

• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In: For secure authentication. Your sign-in is handled directly by Google or Apple according to their privacy policies.
• OpenAI: We use OpenAI's image generation technology to create staged versions of your room photos. Your images are processed according to OpenAI's data usage policies.
• Cloudinary: We use Cloudinary to securely store and deliver your room images.
• Amazon Associates: We provide links to furniture on Amazon through the Amazon Associates program. When you click these links, Amazon's privacy policy applies.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: In-app purchases are processed through the respective app stores according to their privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and staged room images for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the app, which will permanently remove all your data from our systems.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data: View your staged rooms and account information within the app.
• Delete your data: Use the "Delete Account" option in Settings to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
• Opt out: You can stop using the service at any time by deleting the app.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Your authentication is handled securely through Google or Apple, and all data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS.

7. Children's Privacy

StageMyRoom is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
